I’m really getting a lot out of these conversations. Heather is such a natural host and she draws out great stories from her guests. Definitely telling all my girlfriends about this one!

As a mom of young kids, I love how Heather’s podcast reminds me that there is an identity and room for growth beyond this phase of my life, where much of my attention goes to the kids. She seems to choose exactly the issues that I’m facing right now - from body image to relationships to personal development - I don’t know how she’s reading my mind, LOL, but every episode has literally been something I’ve been thinking about, and her insightful interviewing style really gets the “good stuff” out of her guests, so I always walk away having learned a lot and with some ideas I can put into action in my life right away. I can’t wait to see what guests and topics she’ll have next. It’s a positive, uplifting, reassuring add to my podcast regulars!

I absolutely love this podcast! Heather Lowe is so much fun to have a conversation with, and this podcast is just another way to spend quality time with her. Her easy manner and friendly style makes me feel included in the convo. Tuning in is like a “Welcome to the conversation.” It is like being another friend at the table, or on a walk or at the pool with Heather and her guests, enjoying meaningful conversation. Heather and her guests talk about and explore a wide range of topics, all of which I can relate to. I feel honored to pull up a chair and be part of the conversation. Definitely recommend this podcast if you want to feel lifted up. Life’s twists can be surprising, but with reflection there’s always something to be learned.
