What does it mean to look/sound/act gay? On this episode we're deconstructing the stereotypes with Travis Nelson: the dreamy queer love interest on Amazon Prime Video's newest series "The Lake"! Travis tells us about growing up in a small town and how moving to bigger cities was the start of his coming out journey. As a cis gay man, Travis explains how the assumptions people make about his sexuality have been both a privilege and a challenge. We ask him about constantly being cast in straight roles and how it feels to be playing a proudly out gay character on such a prominant streaming platform.
