Come On, Come Out

okay so i started listening to this without reading the description of the show or understanding what really was going on. i became so concerned with the host and how unhealthy she sounded in terms of her relationships and how uncomfortable she seemed to make the guest feel. like so concerned that i wanted to write a review or find her social media and say something. but now i feel like i understand what’s going on better after reading other reviews and the description of the show. lol. i’m going to try listening again. i like the idea of this.

I love stewart thorndike’s film LYLE so I had to listen to this podcast. it’s short, semi-satire but really funny for lesbians who kinda hate themselves and enjoy poking fun of their community’s less palatable tendencies. sometimes we’re obsessed with our exes, get over it!! I hope to see thorndike in front of the camera for her next project as she’s quite funny here.

This show is half-interview, half-parody. It’s extremely funny. My favorite comedy podcast since… actually, just my favorite comedy podcast period. I can’t wait to hear what comes next.
