You should answer every single recruiter message you get

Most people think of recruiter InMails as spam, but not me. I see opportunity in every one.  If you're not actively engaging with recruiters, you're missing out on a chance to get crucial information about the job market, so don't leave that on the table. Ask these questions and start figuring out what you *should* be getting.
