RELAX: Soft Toy Snuggles narrated by Catherine Jackson for Your Bedtime Stories.
Suitable for ages 3 years +
Your child needs to have their favourite soft toy with them.
This is a lovely exercise in mindfulness that children can practise to help them to increase their awareness but also to RELAX and find some calmness and stillness. This exercise can be practised anytime during the day and this is the first of our RELAX series for Your Bedtime Stories.

Title: the four little unicorns
Story: in the thicket of the woods far far away in a land long long ago, there was the first unicorns. The first unicorn named Sparkle, the second unicorn named twinkle, the third unicorn named Nicky and then the last unicorn named Rainbow. All day they loved to play in the woods and then munch on the beautifully green grass covered in magical dust that made the unicorns very strong and healthy. One day Sparkle had an amazing idea, and everyone knew it would work since he was the smart one. After the group had an amazingly delicious lunch of glowing pink berries and some crystal clear water they gathered to get the supplies they needed to make the copying machine to copy themselves to have more friends to play with.
You can decide on the rest because it’s 11:09 and I’m SOO tired and I’m so excited for summer vacation!!!!😎👧🏼
