Interesting first interview

Just finished listening to the first episode and found it fascinating to hear from a foreigner who is a rice farmer in Japan. I taught English in another rural part of Japan and had adult students who are farmers, both full time and "weekend" farmers as well as one who works for JA. Matt's description of Sato is about the same as my experience in Kagawa Prefecture.
