You've Been Programmed

I recently saw an interview with David on Facebook and was very intrigued by his description of his life and how he spends his time and focuses his energy. I could tell that he had a lot of peace, love, and gratitude in his heart, and was truly experiencing fulfimlement and joy. Naturally I wanted to hear more so I downloaded this podcast and was instantly blown away! It was so refreshing hearing David and Alisha describe their journey of breaking down programs and their ideas of how to obtain more fulfillment in their life. It felt like they were speaking directly to me. I'm very excited to hear and experience more with David and Alisha. I recommend this podcast to anyone that is looking to find and access more joy, love and, gratitude in their life.

David and Alisha have a clear and concise way of explaining, supporting, and sharing ideas and concepts. They are trail blazers that are willing to be open minded enough and brave enough to find answers and paths to a better life for themselves snd their children. They have huge hearts, a willingness to be vulnerable, and a genuine desire to help others. They have busted through old beliefs, questioned the status quo, radically changed their lifestyle and found that life is much sweeter when you break free from the chains of beliefs that were drilled into you as kid. Personally, I am looking forward to attending one of their retreats in Costa Rica so I can continue to break free from my old beliefs, broken systems, and heartaches from judging myself and others. No matter what I’m struggling with at anytime I can always decide to stop and listen to David and Alisha. They illuminate my thoughts with new ideas and old ones I should have never forgotten. Watching their journey and seeing their transformation for years has been very inspiring for me personally.

Something called me to Costa Rica in March of 2019 to visit two people I shared time on a business incentive trip with and really only knew through social media. However when I said can I come down, within 20 minutes I was booking a flight. We had an interesting time to say the least, they can share on their podcast should they choose....but what I took away was an energy...a shift...one that I’m still observing from afar and still feeling in me. I admire their unique expressions of themselves. I admire their courage to live a life that feels right. I admire their ability as teachers to translate information into words our infantile minds can understand. Their life isn’t for everyone, but what I know for me is that sitting on their porch in the jungle, listening to the joyous rain that appeared during the dry season, that for those moments I was at peace. Thank you DH and Alisha, I am honored to be on this journey with you. Much love, for that is what we are...Bre
