Yvette Walker was a journalist working the crime beat before she was the Assistant Dean at a university.

Survivors - Stories of Hope Live On.

Yvette Walker is the creator and host of the Positively Joy podcast and the Positively Joy Christian website. Walker has worked in media for most of her career. Most recently she was Assistant Dean at Gaylord College at the University of Oklahoma, but within the last few months she left that to go back to journalism. This time, she's giving some space to the crime beat, though. She is publisher of "Hair Goddess," an anthology of essays about natural hair, and two mystery/thriller Kindle Vellas: "Sixty" and "Doe."
