008 - Josh Holm: From Metal Smith, to Stripper, to the Path of Mastery

Josh Holm is the owner of Holm Studio Personal Training, a high end boutique personal training studio located in the Geneva Commons in Geneva IL. He’s been through a lot of massive career transitions from being a metal smith, a stripper, to taking on the challenge of being on the path of mastery as a personal trainer and business owner. This conversation is a journey of youthful naivety, taking huge risks, trusting the gut, humility, starting again at ground zero and having no regrets.
