    I have been putting huge goals that I want to accomplish but that lead to overwhelming thoughts since I had so much to do. I only was productive for a day and that drained my body. With going into the work field eventually, I should take consider the aspect of working all day and get used to the workload. This episode allowed me to realign my goals of focusing on my side hustle as well as preparing for jobs and that is 1. Affiliate marketing 2. Youtube videos 3. Coding and doing UXUI for moblie

It also makes the friction of doing work easier because there are less things in the way from you to doing what you want.
