The three protagonists are Dave Frame, Deputy Director of The Smith School of Enterprise and the Environment at the University of Oxford; Tom Burke, Green Alliance’s director from 1982–1991, Founding Director of E3G, an Environmental Policy Adviser to Rio Tinto plc and a Visiting Professor at Imperial and University Colleges, London; and Charlie Kronick, Chief Policy Adviser for Greenpeace. The discussion is chaired by the Deputy Editor and chief reporter, writer and editor on climate change for The Economist, Emma Duncan.
