This webinar entitled “Cost Segregation & Tangible Property Repair Regulations,” was originally produced on Thursday, February 23, 2017. We hope that you enjoy the full recording of the presentation and additional resources offered below. This webinar was hosted by McKonly & Asbury Partner Mark Heath with special guest Gian Pazzia, Principal at KBKG. The Tangible Property “Repair” Regulations provide clarity on the treatment of building related repair and maintenance expense going forward. This webinar covered potential tax planning strategies with practical examples.
