Marcus is joined by Winston Ashby, who is the executive director of the PARTI Program which provides activities for youth that build racial equity, safety, culture, wellness and gender equality. Leveraging nontraditional forms of leadership development and core programs, they focus on mentorship, leadership and most importantly, civic engagement. They discuss his experiences as a father as well as issues around bullying and trauma that affect children in various ways.
