Adi Shakti Kaur is certified Level 1 and 2 Kundalini Yoga Teacher. She is a registered Doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine and is the pioneer of Kundalini Yoga on the Gold Coast. Over the past 12 years she has been devoted to a daily Kundalini Yoga practice and over the last decade, she has been teaching regular classes. Adi Shakti is an Associate Kundalini Yoga Teacher trainer for the Australasia Teacher Training Team and a teacher of "Conscious Pregnancy". She is the Principle Kundalini Yoga Teacher at Centre for Life and is focused towards building a conscious and supportive community. She spends her time preparing workshops and events, studying astrology and spirituality, teaching classes, supporting teachers and students, and is a devoted Mother. Adi Shakti's passion is that of mantra, sacred music, chanting and evolutionary astrology.
