This is a podcast dedicated to keeping it real when talking about the highs and lows of deciding to be sober, whether you're just trying to cut back to completely abstain, I'll talk about my personal story in hopes of helping anyone who can benefit. I know it helps me to hear others and know that I'm not alone. I'm a mother, a wife and 35 year old college returnee just trying to keep my shit together. I believe in lessening the stigma of what it means to be an "alcoholic" through conversation. Knowledge is power, the more we know, the more we can do!
