Amazing

Mary explains self love in such an easy way that it lets you know you’re capable of feeling it. She is open and sincere. She really helped me change my mindset about body image and self love. And once you learn your body is an experience, not an image, you can start living the way you want to, unapologetically. If you are struggling in any way to love yourself, she’s your girl. 🖤
