Jordan and Scott created a two-step, game-based solution for this client: first, employees played a turn-based conversation game with an AI-powered chatbot that and then attended a live 50-minute debrief session where they learned about key empathetic behaviors, discussed their experiences. The program results showed double-digit improvement in evidence-based empathizing skills and participant mindset.
