Recollecting growing up in the 50s/60s in the most southern part of Sydney called Cronulla.
We talk about him being his big sister's chastity belt, surfing, music, travelling through Southeast Asia in the late 70s early 80s. Plus opium Tupperware and machine guns in the Burmese jungle.
Names have been changed or edited out to protect the innocent......and guilty!

After finding myself often engaged in long and detailed conversations with Geoff when we see each other in the shopping centre or in the street I thought I should get him on the podcast we talk about journalism, mass media, music and politics accompanied by his dog named Iggy Pup ........

After a trip to Vietnam in 2017 I found myself intrigued by the culture and the impact of the war. Especially when it came to the music scene. When lamenting the fact I had to delay my next visit from 2018 to 2019 I found myself searching on YouTube to explore Vietnamese contemporary music. I found a page by a gentleman who put up a compilation of music called "Vietnamese rock and soul" his name is Chris Tran and he is my guest for this episode . We really went off on some tangents .This is the first time I have used my phone to record a podcast on and I'm quite pleased by the memory filled up and the ending was cut off. This is another one that I'm enthusiastic to do a part 2 for . Hoping it will happen sooner than later. I gotta stop saying "like" so much.

My guest is Jane
We talk about the life a travelling minstrel, going to clown school, the talent of the youth as well as early employment in a pharmacy and the process of dispensing condoms to customers in 1969.
Jane was a great guest that actually had me talking quite a bit about me. It took me a long time to edit this because I didn't anticipate divulging so much stuff about myself. In the end I had to let it go and get over it because that's why I'm doing this in the first place.
