In the thirteenth episode we talk about how community colleges and four-year universities are developing programs that prepare students for in-demand jobs, the college credit plus program, and a new innovation center called The Point at Otterbein University. Finally we discuss how this facility provides students new opportunities regarding the workforce and training experiences.

In the ninth episode we talk about affordable housing in the Columbus region, low-income renters, and the need for a new rental assistance-funding program. We also discuss the importance of housing, and how its sustainability is a key platform for people to succeed in life.
