The CEO of Pocket Doge - Jared

Following the successful launch of Pocket Doge on the Binance Smart Chain (BSC), Paul and Daylin sat down for an interview where we learn more about Pocket Doge, how the successful pre-launch marketing campaign unfolded - along with the unique elements of that - including two playable retro games, and a full length music video.

Jared lifts the veil on some upcoming plans for Pocket Doge later in the interview as well.

Perhaps the most interesting part of the interview was getting Jared's insights about the BSC space itself - we all agreed to revisit this in more detail in a future interview.

Here's my concern with all of it, and the future of BSC.It does have the potential to be a last bastion of financial freedom, with the ability of anybody to come in with an idea and help build a company. You can't do that on the Internet. You have the Amazon's, the Google's and the Facebook's.That said, you can't do that outside of the Internet right now because of the controlling interests - the banks, the financial system, the way it works right now.So this is it.What we're doing is we're giving a perfect opportunity for the governments of the world to step in and begin regulating it.And when they do that, they're not using the surgical knife that we could use to cut out that fat - they're coming in with a sledgehammer and destroying this whole thing. So I have, not just from a moralistic or philosophical point of view, but just from a "personal greed" selfishness point of view, this whole thing will be shut down if we don't start cleaning up the space.Jared, CEO of Pocket DogeChitChatChain, Episode 5, 26:07

Binance Smart Chain Token Launch: The Inside Story

Binance Smart Chain Token Launch: The Inside Story

On April 18th, Paul and Daylin interviewed Braden Carr, the founder of the Reliance Token, a token recently launched on the Binance Smart Chain (BSC).

Braden's vision is to build out the "Reliance Hub", where people launching new projects on the BSC will properly identify (or "dox") themselves, to build a greater amount of trust in their project by investors.

We learn a little more about Braden, and what drew him to the cryptocurrency space.

We discussed reasons why people would choose to be "anonymous", and why it's so problematic.

We also got an inside look at the launch process for Reliance Token. It's true that almost anyone can launch a token on the BSC network, but it takes a lot of ingredients to launch one that is successful. Braden has some advice for anyone else trying it, too.

Find out more about the project at reliancetoken.netlify.app.

Disclaimer: This was an interview. No direct compensation was received for it's production. Both Paul and Daylin, however, have held Reliance Token in their investment portfolios.

Stakes, Bakes and Pancakes – Episode 3

Stakes, Bakes and Pancakes – Episode 3

Innovation, along with stubbornly high gas fees on Ethereum have definitely contributed to the growth of interest in other chains, including Binance's BSC, Polkadot, Solana, and the soon to launch Crypto.org Chain.

Is this the future of the blockchain?

Paul and Daylin dabbled a bit in the BSC world this past week, in particular getting in on $BOG and $SAFEMOON, both launched very recently, and trading on Pancake Swap, They tell you the story.

We also chat about Yield. What is it? How does it work in traditional finance, and how does it work in the crypto universe?

And we revisit NFTs again, asking if the rules for the art and collectibles industry are being rewritten.

NFTs, Privacy Coins, NANO and Pi – Episode 2

NFTs, Privacy Coins, NANO and Pi – Episode 2

Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs) are a big deal right now. Will they disrupt the art world, gaming assets and sports cards? Will ETH gas prices pop the bubble? We talk about it.

We also talk about privacy coins. They're still with us. Why? Where does it go from here? What are the legitimate use cases?

NANO is interesting. We talk about it. We learn that there's more we need to learn.

We also talk about Bee and Pi, and the ideas behind these so-called "mining" apps, and the interesting business models behind them.
