Today Sarah is in conversation with, Kevin Pojasek, PhD – President and CEO at Enara Bio
Kevin joined Enara Bio in 2018 bringing 15 years of leadership and strategic investment experience in the biotech and pharmaceutical sector. He is also a Venture Partner at SV Health Investors and a co-founder and Executive Chairman of Catamaran Bio. 
Kevin was formerly Chief Strategy and Business Officer and a member of the executive leadership team at Immunocore. In this role, he was responsible for shaping the company’s corporate, R&D and growth strategies, as well as for overseeing business development. He was also co-head of the company’s Infectious Disease Unit and helped lead the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation investment of up to $40 million. Prior to joining Immunocore, Kevin was President and CEO of Quartet Medicine, a company he co-founded in 2013 while at an entrepreneur-in-residence at Atlas Ventures and held senior executive R&D and corporate development roles at several other venture-backed companies.
Kevin has a PhD from the Biological Engineering Department at Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
 
Kevin has been exploring and implementing Next-Stage leadership thinking and practices in the organisations he has been working with, and has some interesting stories to tell about his journey and how he personally came to choose to operate in this manner.

Bjarte Bogsnes is the author of “Implementing Beyond Budgeting”. As well as an author,  he is a speaker and currently Bjarte is Senior Advisor - For the Performance Framework at Equinor. (previously knows as Statoil) Bjarte has a long international career, both in Finance and HR. He is currently heading up the implementation of Beyond Budgeting at Statoil, Scandinavia's largest company. Bjarte is also Chairman of Beyond Budgeting Roundtable (BBRT) and has helped numerous companies globally getting started on their own Beyond Budgeting journey.

Doug is the author of Amazon best seller Beyond Empowerment: The Age of the Self-Managed Organization. He is an organizational change consultant, TEDx and keynote speaker, executive coach, writer, and educator. Doug is also a Forbes Speaker and served as a director with the Association for Talent Development, the world’s largest talent development association with over 40,000 members in 120+ countries. His newest book, "The No-Limits Enterprise", was released by Forbes Books in 2019.
During his earlier business career in the manufacturing sector, Doug was the financial controller and administrator with The Morning Star Company of Sacramento, California, a global leader in the food industry, and a leader in the application of next stage self management approaches to leadership and management practices. He now engages with the Morning Star Self-Management Institute and other vibrant organizations to co-create the future of management.
