Three stories highlight challenges facing people at universities, and the people who are searching for solutions. The first story is about harassment and assault. The second reviews options for students suffering from depression. The final story is about the threat of gun violence in schools and universities, and ways to confront that threat.

Three stories discuss the impact on WSU students of the Trump Administration's discontinuation of the DACA program.

This program begins with a story from the Spokane Figure Skating Sectionals and a preview of the Winter Olympics. The controversies surrounding WSU Athletics funding, and WSU funding cuts are the topics of the next two stories. Finally, we speak with two reporters who helped cover a national story about the the WSU football coach's reported meeting with the University of Tennessee's former athletic director.
