If we remain content in whatever state we find ourselves, we will grow wherever God has planted us. This can only be achieved through Godly contentment. That means, when the going gets tough, we do not take matters into our own hands, but be willing to pray and cast all of our cares on the Lord, because He cares for us. We must acknowledge and trust in Him and His wisdom, so that we do not lean unto our own understanding. Having faith in God grows our hope that God will come through for us, and hope allows us to remain Godly content, so that we grow, wherever we are planted.

While our eyes are truly windows to our souls, it is imperative that we gain the clarity that only God grants from being introspective; that is, looking deep within ourselves, to ensure that God’s imprint, His will, His word and His way dwells within us. Looking outward and seeing others allow us to be observant, but looking deep within, permits us to examine ourselves, so that we can improve our walk with the Lord. God’s word reminds us to ‘examine ourselves,’ so be obedient and be introspective.

Vision is the ability to imagine and wisely plan your desired outcomes. Those who lack vision have nothing to work for, hope for, expect, or run toward. God’s Word reminds us in Proverbs 29:18, “Where there is no vision, the people perish: but he that keep the law, happy is he.” In other words, one must have vision or he finds no reason to push forward, nothing to believe in, not a single task or destination worth running for or profound enough to make haste towards.When we conceive, believe, and write the vision, we exercise certain faith that promotes the hand of God.
