    How Can We Consistently Act Like Our True Selves?

    Why is it that sometimes we believe in a certain thing but then find ourselves going against that belief? Sometimes we want to get up early in the morning but find ourselves hitting the snooze but every morning. Or maybe we want to lose weight but find ourselves eating unhealthy or not exercising. How many times do we do things like that on a day to day basis? These instances help us realize that we are stuck in old patterns of thinking. The more we repeat these patterns the stronger they become. These patterns were developed when we were children.

    Sometimes those patterns of ways of thinking that we need to please everyone else. We try to act or become somebody that will work for everyone else or make them happy. We struggle to find that genuine person of who we truly are. Have you ever felt something like that? What if we acted like our genuine and authentic self all the time? How can we achieve that?
