Widepspread 90 degree highs begin Monday and last all week. The Northeast could see highs near 100 degrees Wednesday and Thursday.

Weather in 5. 6/14/2024 We are seeing severe weather moving through the Northeast and parts of the Mid Atlantic states tonight also in the Plains. Florida rains are slowly winding down through the weekend though another 2 to 3 inches of rain is possible. A strong ridge builds in the Eastern US next week leading to a heat wave of at least 5 days in a row of 90 degree plus weather and little chance for any thunderstorm activity.

Long range sees heat and humidity coming to the East next week while heavy rain shifts to the Central and Western Gulf States.

Weather in 5, 6/12/2024 We continue to see nice weather in the Northeast and Middle Atlantic though a weak trough is producing some clouds in NY and parts of New England. The next cold front arrives late Friday with the likelihood of showers, thunderstorms and severe weather. We see severe weather this evening in the eastern areas of the Northern Plains to the Western Great Lakes. Heavy rain and flooding continue in South Florida.
