Not Staying Down
When you are right on track and doing so well in everything you have wanted to do, and then you hit a setback. That is one of the hardest things to come back from because you loose your momentum. That was me this last week, I was on track and then I got sick and I felt like I lost all of the momentum that I had gotten. But, I will get back on track and not miss a beat.
