They are developing trauma informed practice and are truly living their organisational values of hope, trust and kindness. They have almost 800 employees, more than 6000 homes and they run Care homes/homeless hostels/DV refuge/provide housing for people with Learning disabilities and they also have lost of ordinary houses and apartments
