Rebecca Bowman member of the Wounded Warrior Project & The Kindness Rocks Project
Rebecca Bowman, project member from Oakridge Tennessee found a rock while recovering from a stroke during her therapeutic walks with her Wounded Warrior Project partner in her community. It turns out that she became so inspired that she began painting and leaving rocks for others in her community. She is known in her community as the rock lady. Her favorite quote is "If nothing ever changed there would be no butterflies." You will be so inspired by her story.

Today Roberta Cannon shares the story of Lt. Joseph Hargrave. In 2017 Joseph was stationed in Kuwait and he noticed that his fellow troop members could use some uplifting. That is when he decided to start a Kindness Rock garden at the base in the entrance of the hospital where he worked. Joseph put a call out on social media for people to send him some kindness rocks and he was overwhelmed with the response!
