Customer Reviews
Highly Recommended
I absolutely love this podcast. It‘s the perfect mix of an audiobook and a podcast. You learn as much as if it was an actual book, but it is broken down into short bits and the way Stephen narrates the history of philosophy and presents prominent ideas is easy to follow and keeps you from drifting off (which is exactly what I struggle with when listening to audiobooks). Highly recommended for anyone interested in philosophy, as it gives a perfect overview over what has been accomplished. Stephen also always reminds you of how most of these ideas are still important today and how amazing it was that someone thought of them in the first place.
Super good podcast
It‘s amazing how Stephan West is breaking down complex ideas and the history of philosophy in such a beautiful way that the average joe can still follow and benefit from it. For me he totally hits the sweet spot between easily understandable yet not dumbing down anything. I am very very grateful that he is doing this podcast!!
Entertaining amd educational
