    Launching a company podcast is a cost-effective and focused approach to connecting with your employee-owners, particularly for geographically dispersed teams. Sargent is excited to present our journey towards effective companywide communication: the "On-Track Podcast." This session was recorded live at the National Center for Employee Ownership's (NCEO) 2024 Annual Employee Ownership Conference and was turned into a podcast centered around the art of podcasting itself. Attendees had the opportunity to actively participate by stepping up to the microphone, asking questions about the podcasting process, and figuring out how they could innovatively incorporate a podcast into their company’s communication strategy.
