    • Kunst

In this weeks podcast, Annie Watkins talks with Lee Nowell-Wilson, a self described "mid-emerging" figurative artist based in Baltimore, MD. They talk about the transition into being an artist and a mother, how not to let being an artist or mother define ones whole identity, and about the influence children have on a developing practice.

Lee graduated from the Maryland Institute College of Art in 2011 and has since been building her career in Baltimore. She has exhibited nationally and internationally, and is also the founder of MILKED magazine.
