Understanding Energy
Very quickly covered a couple things in energy. All states of matter can be ultimately quantified by vibrations. Vibrations can translate to frequencies. Everything is energy, thoughts, items, people, etc. This entire realm is built from energy. Law of Attraction is conscious use of energy but you must first resonate with your desired frequency.
