Barbara has authored two books, "Self heal by design" and will be releasing her second book "Sustain Me" in the very near future. She has served as Health Director for two Australian Health and Wellness retreats. She is currently traveling the world, on a mission to educate and empower people to return to the foundations of health so that the body can do what it was designed to do--heal itself.
