Your Body and Your Mental Health Plus Size Empowerment

This episode discusses the effect that body image can have on a person’s mental health. I talk about my own struggles with mental health and how those have fluctuated and affected my opinions of myself. I saw a direct correlation between my weight and my self esteem. I also talk about how I started to overcome that to see my true worth.
