Rasti Vaibhav has built a portfolio of 15 properties over the last 10 years by setting his sights firmly on his end goal – to retire with a passive income of about $150,000 per annum.

Rasti talks about some of the more unconventional methods he used to purchase his first investment and how he plans to retire when his portfolio hits a value of around $9 million.
