I couldn’t even estimate how many kilometres I’ve run with Podrunner but it must be in the thousands. These mixes are amazing. I love the fixed pace mixes (I like between 150 and 168 bpm) for keeping me motivated, during good runs when I’ve felt like I was flying and not so good runs when I’ve plodded. Podrunner was a game changer when first released and it is still equally relevant now. Could not recommend more.

Excellent podcast, but not a spoken podcast, this is just pure running music, delivering the right BPM for your style of running. Tons of playlists to choose from. It’s helping my running tremendously. I can now stick to a cadence thanks to the beat in these tracks and achieve personal best times. Highly recommended. Can’t believe it’s free. This is a must for working through you running program. BPM that can take 10-15 sec off you 5min pace and keep your stride steady throughout.
