#30 Our Refinancing Journey to date Property Unfiltered

In this episode I'm unpacking how the RBA cash rate rises have impacted our future plans and having to switch up from an offensive to defensive strategy. 

Refinancing right now isn't as straight forward as it once was (or at least it wasn't for us). Buy a dump, Renovating, build equity, redraw the equity and go again right? How wrong I was!
The rising interest rates have eaten away over 35% of our purchasing power and has completely stopped our portfolio from growing (for now). 

I'm positive many people will be in the same boat. I'm sure you'll be to told no, no, no, and you're going to have to keep pushing through the barriers until you get some sort of positive result. Even if that result is a defensive strategy to get you through the tougher times ahead.

I hope that this helps anyone who is either looking to refinance now, or looking to buy their first home in the hope of spring boarding into property 2 and 3 etc.
