Barbell Bros saved my life 🚨

I have been unable to reach male climax since the beginning of a small hiatus of the Barbell Bross aural experience. A troubling issue for any young male adult, I was left bewildered as to why I could not produce homemade Mayo. Approximately 4:32pm on Wednesday the 13th of January 2022 I viewed a notification. Before I could click to start the new episode, my own mini barbell turned into a stiff bar and liquid chalk production commenced. Not only do the Brethren of the barbell provide entertaining and educational content, they also treat urgent medical issues. Thank you Titans of tungsten, sultans of steel, zealots of zinc, soldiers of sarcomeres, heroes of hypertrophy: THE BARBELL BROS.

Barbecuing alone on the toilet.

First off great content boys! Been following a while but only started listening recently. I forgot which episode it was but it was def early days, single digit early days.

Through the evolution of time humans have achieved many feats many did not think was possible. Yet men have been able to remain as simple creatures, we don’t require much to be happy; food, sleep, exercise and blowing a load.

The saying goes something like “good things come to those who are patient” but sometimes after a long day all you want is to blow and go to bed. Thats when all those countless hours accumulated on the toilet until you get red marks on your knees and there is no longer blood flow in your legs come in handy. 20mins minimum is standard, no interruptions or questions asked.

Picture this;
You’ve had dinner, food has digest, your missus is in bed, you become toey, you close the bedroom door, head to the toilet, close that door, turn the fan/light combo on, put your phone on minimal volume, and just treat yourself.

Ahh how good is the male brain.
