I came across Ben’s podcast almost 20 years ago and was an avid listener, learning aspects of health and the human body far beyond what health magazines and doctors would know/advise. Admittedly, fell out of it for a few years. Now that I’ve returned, I’m pleased to see that it still provides high-quality content with great guests. This is not mainstream. This is cutting-edge!
