    After just returning from a quick holiday in Bali, so many of you were curious about how I eat when I’m there. And, how I prevent that ‘all or nothing’ mentality that I used to absolutely experience for years until I found my balance.
    Because I went to Bali twice last year (in 2023) and recorded a podcast allll about how I eat with balance after one of the trips, it felt silly to re-record one and repeat everything!

The cult of Bec

After being recommended by a colleague who has never looked better to listen to this podcast , I have been bingeing on it on my drive to & from work every day & any time I get a chance & can’t get enough .
Then I mentioned it to another person who was looking great also & she just happened to be in the Tribe !
She sent me some recipes & I was loosely following them , along with Bec’s free downloads & was loving them & was feeling great , so I decided to do the 3 week body reset & am stoked . My partner loves the food too .
I feel motivated & excited every day to eat the delicious food & listen to Bec with her authentic delivery style .
(I love how she doesn’t talk too slow either as I tend to speed up other podcasts . )
Her whole approach just makes sense & this is how I live now . Thanks Bec !

Finally! A way of eating that make sense!

Bec’s food plans are so easy to follow and her 80/20 approach means family events and socialising are stress free. The advice on this podcast keeps me coming back for knowledge and motivation. Highly recommended listening.
