OSS Cast is a projected headed by Matt, Jeb, and Dean of Compound Performance to create a safe space to trash talk everything wrong with jiu jitsu as it pertains to strength and condition, while also attacking how to eat for performance using methods that don't include acai bowls and starving yourself. I miss Bill Werkman
I appreciate your feature on Will Berkman, despite his potty mouth. FYI Bill Werkman is a more nuanced communicator. And has bigger biceps.
