Raffi Cavoukian is a magical musician. His songs, like “Baby Beluga” and “Down by the Bay,” have wordplay and rhyme schemes that are as crowd-pleasing as they come — sweet, silly sing-alongs for kids and adults alike. But his work is anything but simple. Much like the folk singers who inspired him, a radical philosophy underscores all that he does. In "Finding Raffi,” comedian, writer, and podcaster Chris Garcia takes us on a journey through a 10-part series tracing Raffi’s life from aspiring folk singer to international kids’ superstar to outspoken activist for climate action and a child-centric world. Produced in partnership with Rococo Punch.

Positively refreshing
Finding Fred tells such a beautiful story about an extraordinary man that had such an amazing understanding of children and life. A man who had a beautiful heart that was comfortable sharing that.
I am totally in alignment with his philosophy of treating children as little people with the respect they deserve.
Little souls who need to know they can be accepted & loved ‘as they are’.
Fred Rogers detoured from his destiny as a minister of religion yet still carried out his true calling in a different format to have a wider reach. He did follow God’s plan to bring to our attention love & acceptance.
Mr Rogers was much like my own amazing father which is why it appealed to me so much.
The highlight was episode 4 Beth, I was so moved.
Prior to listening I didn’t know really anything about Fred Rogers or the TV show. I have never seen an episode. Yet I heard something about him recently that intrigued me enough to want to listen when stumbling upon this podcast by accident. Grateful that I did listen. Also very relieved, I need not have prepared myself for hearing the common tale of a life long exemplary reputation smeared by deplorable unsavoury discoveries. Phew! Instead a wonderful representation of a truly ‘good man’. Wow !
If you are currently feeling that the world is over shadowed by those that seek their own interests. That benevolence is diminishing. Dispirited by pandemic pains
Do subscribe & listen ; it will renew your perspective for the positive.

Highly recommended.
Never knew there was so much to this
I grew up on Mr Rogers but never appreciated just how much depth there was underneath it. This podcast is enlightening, thought-provoking and I am so glad I listened.
Wish it had more about Fred
Quite liked the playlist, the ads are some of the most annoying I’ve ever heard from any other podcast however. The majority of the podcast seems to be asking people how Fred impacted them which is fine, I would’ve like to hear more about who Fred was and about his life.
