Great podcast
Such a great podcast, Dr. Becky is amazing and shares so many tips that are useful and easy to implement. I just love her general idea around kids and people (we are all good inside) and it really is easy to grow your tool kit from there!
Great tips given
I like to listen to the problem and then solutions being offered as the format for this podcast. Either from live conversations or recorded messages. I hope I remember the basics by the time my baby gets older when I may need to access some of these tools. Occasionally I find Dr. Becky a bit over the top like who is actually that bubbly but either she’s catering to a large audience or maybe she actually is like that. Otherwise, the show is very nicely produced and the advert time is not excessive or too distracting. Very useful podcast.
Episode 7 was great
More for tweens please! I listen for tips but also confidence building. With an 11 going on 15 year old girl, life is a daily struggle with mood and anger.
