This podcast changed my life.

I found this podcast back in March 2020 and it has changed my life and the lives of multiple friends and family members from the knowledge i have learned through it and shared.
I struggled with disordered eating for 14 years and food dictated my every thought. I am proud to say thanks to Leanne i am eating disorder free and have experienced food freedom, and respect and love for my body like never before. Thank you for creating this content, you are an angel!

I love this podcast! I’ve been listening for years and never wrote a review. I lost a bunch of weight in the keto diet following this healthy and balanced way of eating but more than that I have learned about hormones and how my PCOS effects my weight and I have a plan for menopause based almost entirely on the podcast about bio-identical hormone replacement. Thanks Leanne

I loved episode 201 Sail Away, and learning a little bit more about your amazing adventures! Kevin must be an amazing man to embrace life on a boat when he gets seasick. I was left wondering what does he do for a living? Is he a podcaster and influencer like you? Just curious. Also being fairly new to keto, I am wondering how long it took before you could eat a high carb meal then go back to keto without getting headaches? Thanks, great podcast.
