So many podcast interviewers are self involved. James is naturally curious, does a great job asking questions and then listening. I am an Australian and never miss a week. Highly recommend.

I’m in my mid 40s and have always had a passion for design and art and James has inspired me to follow those dreams from earlier in my life. The main points I get form he’s podcasts to just keep trying anything that makes you happy.

I’ve been listening to James for almost two years and strongly recommend his podcast to anyone who has a passion for performance. James is whip-smart, has a wonderfully dry sense of humour and a depth of experience that makes him uniquely suited to being a podcast mentor. James’ back-catalogue of guests is top shelf. Be it business, sports, comedy, health, science, or any other topic James is interested in, he seeks out guests who can provide insight into how to get the most out of yourself and the people around you. Sometimes there’s a podcast I don’t think I’m going to be interested in, but I keep listening and - BAM! - there’s another great life lesson learned. The interviews with Stephen Schwarzman, Sara Blakely, Yuval Noah Harari and Byron Allen are some of my favourites. I’m almost caught up on all of James’ older episodes and my only regret is that I didn’t start listening to him sooner. Thank you, James, for inspiring me every day. Australia loves you. PS. Would very much enjoy listening to more about future markets/industries, LBOs and perhaps hearing from some younger entrepreneurs (though I understand they are unlikely to be releasing a book). Love your episodes on investing, cryptocurrency, idea-generating habits, leadership, mental state/frame of mind and deal making.
