In this episode, I discussed the importance of taking responsibility for our reactions to life's challenges. In Your Right Mind Podcast

EVERYONE should be listening to this podcast! Monique has a gentle yet groundbreaking, earth shattering way of looking at your life and your own happiness. How to deal with difficult situations, how to love more openly, how to manifest what you desire. I have given up mindless breakfast radio and drive time radio in exchange for this. It’s amazing how each episode, I learn something about myself. It doesn’t matter what she is discussing. It all can be related to your own life and situations. I leave feeling positive, energised and with a sense of empowerment. Her courses are truly amazing however, as I tell anyone who will listen, if you need to find out more before you pay for courses, I urge you, listen to Monique. You will naturally gravitate from her podcasts to her courses. As she so wisely says, “who wouldn’t want to be happier?”
