#1 go-to podcast

Really appreciate the variety of guests and topics on MW. It’s been my go-to for a few years now and never disappoints. Chris’s sharp and thoughtful questions, combined with a dash of classic Brit wit is irreplaceable. He’s one-of-a-kind and deserves his spot at the top of the podcast charts. I’ve been listening to podcasts since 2013, but once I started listening to MW it became my #1. The rate at which episodes drop means I rarely have to go anywhere else now. Personally, I love anything evolutionary psychology and MW has a lot of that, but the only podcast I’ve downloaded and saved is the emotional intelligence one with Joe Hudson. Words to thrive by! I must say as a woman who goes to the gym but isn’t a gym gal, I almost skipped past the recent podcasts with big bodybuilder guys, yet when I listened, I was very pleasantly surprised by the wisdom within all of them! I shall no longer judge a book by its OTT muscles. CW expanded my view on muscle men. At this point, it’s fair to assume, if Chris finds them fascinating and worth having on the podcast, they’ll have wisdom and words worth listening to. Finally, the old podcasts from 5+ years ago are worth winding back to too. Highly recommend MW past, present and no doubt, future too.
I love this show!

Great to have a podcast from an every day bloke that’s not at an academic preaching an area of expertise tainted by their narrow area of focus. It’s rocketing up the podcast charts for a reason.
CW shows his Britishness

I love Chris’s smart, frank and open minded approach but these qualities slipped in part of his conversation with Krystal Ball when he called NYT journalist Garcia-Navarro mean and sullen for getting persistent in her questioning of Vance about the 2020 election. Should she have been ‘nicer’? Would a persistent approach be OK from independent media? Should she not have persisted? Would CW have called it mean if the interviewer was a man?
