Easy listening, short eps

I am definitely going to listen to this more often once my headspace free trial ends 😂 eves voice is so soothing and relaxing. Easy listening, perfect to play before bed. The episodes are nice and short. For future episodes I’d like to hear interviews with other experts and psychologists about the benefits of meditation!
