We sat down with Sally McGrath, a health and wellbeing expert, to learn about her personal experience with burnout and insights on how to prevent it.
Sally is an experienced leader and business manager who has worked in high-pressure environments for over 25 years, from SMEs to large corporates. She has personally experienced burnout three times and has developed a process to help others heal from burnout and rebuild their lives one step at a time. From a burnout survivor turned thriver, her journey towards recovery influenced her health coaching practice, Health that Heals.
