Special Edition - Part 4... Creating Hormone Harmony

We’ve been conditioned to take “medicine” to “fix” our symptoms. What if we have got it wrong? 

There is certainly a place for medicine or pharmaceuticals, I’m not disputing that, but when it comes to women’s health it’s often a band aid approach, which might relieve symptoms but doesn’t address the underlying cause.

If you’ve ever been told that everything is “normal” yet you feel anything but… this could be why. 

When we address the underlying causes of a hormone imbalance, or low energy or difficulty losing weight or not sleeping, then we have a much better chance of alleviating the symptoms permanently and keeping the weight off for good. Gut health is in the spotlight – improving the way you absorb nutrients from your food, and eliminating correctly is key.
